Tours & Applications
You can tour Bottle House on Main either in person or virtually, allowing you to explore the community in the way that works best for you.
You can apply online by selecting your preferred apartment home and completing the application through the community's website.
Applicants should provide a valid driver's license or other government-issued ID, Social Security information, and proof of income during the application process. Household income should be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent to qualify.

Current Leases & Residency
Security deposit refunds are typically processed within 30 days after move-out.
When it's time to renew, simply speak with the leasing office and accept your renewal offer to continue enjoying your home at Bottle House on Main.
A 60-day written notice is required before moving out.
Residents should submit a 60-day written notice, pay any remaining balance due on the account, and return all keys at move-out.
Subleasing is not permitted.
If you need to end your lease early, a 60-day written notice is required. Residents are responsible for paying through the notice period as well as any applicable early termination fees. Please contact the leasing office for complete details.
Maintenance
Maintenance requests can be submitted online, in person at the leasing office, or by phone.
The maintenance team works to address maintenance requests as quickly as possible, with many issues being addressed immediately whenever feasible.
