Pet Fees:
24lbs and under: $300
25lbs+: $500
2nd & 3rd pets are $250 each, non-refundable
No pet deposit
$25/month per pet
Two pet limit per apartment, no weight limit. No dominant breeds - Dobermans, Akita, Pitts Bulls, Rottweiler, Chow, German Shep, exotic animals, reptiles, barnyard animals not permitted.
